I just love dramatic gay repression. I can't get enough of it. Especially when it's dressed up with weird outdated terms like "unnatural desires" and "sexual inversion." It's like, show me something deeply hurtful, but make it camp and distant enough so it's no longer threatening, and I can see how absurd it actually is. Give me internalized homophobia, but make it fashion.
