It's 2020! Does anyone have any resolutions for this year? Let me know in the comments below!
I usually have a slew of specific goals I want to hit, but for this year I'm showing my "Yes, I do subscribe to a lot of Lifestyle Youtubers" side and assigning a theme for this year. It is: "2020: Live with Intention" or "2020: Question your habits!" I am a very habit-oriented person. Once I commit to something (provided that thing is working toward a concrete goal) I usually will robotically stick with that thing for years without question or amendment. The most obvious example is this comic, but I have also stuck to roughly the same exercise routines (30 minutes, 3 times a week), breakfasts (cafeteria oatmeal with fruit, tea), sleep schedules, and coffee breaks that I have taken for pretty much the last decade.
I'm turning thirty this year and it's beginning to feel silly that I've stuck with so many routines that I set up in my early 20s just because it's the way I do things. I would like to reexamine the everyday aspects of my daily life and optimize them for how I live now, not how I lived in 2013 (when I started on Gravity Falls, aka the last major change in my overall lifestyle).
