This has been one of those weird catch-up weeks for me--I finished up another freelance assignment then spent a couple days coloring a guest comic for Oh Joy, Sex Toy (warning: this comic site is 18+, although my guest comic won't be). I don't know when it will debut on the site, but I'll let everyone know when it's up! This comic ended up being a bit of a rollercoaster for me--I was experimenting with a style that would allow me to produce pages fast enough for me to earn a living wage on the per-page fee (hint: The Glass Scientists style is way too labor-intensive for that) while still being reasonably nice to look at. In the end, I didn't quite hit the speed I wanted to, but it was a marked improvement! Still skeptical that I could ever do comics full-time, but with animation still dead in the water, I have to keep my options open.
